The 12th IEEE ICCSP Symposium Authors Registration Deadline: Monday, 5 October 2018.
Authors Must register as FULL or LIMITED. A symposium paper author registration covers up to 3 symposium papers.ICC 2018 Workshop Authors Registration Deadline: Thursday, 8 November 2018.
A workshop paper author registration covers up to 2 workshop papers.Advance Registration Deadline: Monday, 23 November 2018
Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an author account for these submissions.

Symposia Papers: To be published in the The 12th IEEE ICCSP 2018 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the The 12th IEEE ICCSP. Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
Workshop Papers: To be published in the The 12th IEEE ICCSP Workshops Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop at the workshop regular rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the ICC2018 Workshop Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop regular rate registration is valid for up to 2 papers.
